Welcome to Paw Venture, a game developed and managed by Bohdan Bilous ("I", "me", "my"). I respect your privacy and aim to keep the game simple, safe, and transparent. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, used, and protected when you use Paw Venture.
1. Information I Collect
- Personal Information: Paw Venture does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other personal details.
- Game Progress: The app may store your game progress, including puppy level, collected bones, unlocked puppies, badges, frames, accessories, doghouse styles, missions, rewards, and settings.
- iCloud Data: Paw Venture may use Apple's iCloud services to save and sync your game progress across supported devices using the same Apple ID. This can also allow your progress to be restored after reinstalling the app.
- Usage Data: I do not collect analytics, device information, or usage logs through my own servers.
- Payments: Paw Venture may offer optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store payment system. I do not receive or store your payment card details.
2. How I Use Your Information
Game progress is used only to make the game work correctly, save your unlocks, remember your settings, restore your progress, and provide your in-game experience.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, Paw Venture may use iCloud to sync your game progress between devices and help restore your progress after reinstalling the app.
3. Data Sharing
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Since Paw Venture does not require an account and does not collect personal information through my own servers, there is no personal account data for me to share.
4. In-App Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's own privacy policy and payment terms apply to App Store transactions. Paw Venture only receives the purchase status needed to unlock purchased content in the app.
5. Data Storage and Security
Paw Venture may store game progress locally on your device and may also use Apple's iCloud services to store and sync progress. This may include collected bones, puppy level, unlocked items, missions, rewards, and settings.
If you delete the app, some game progress may remain stored in iCloud unless you remove the related iCloud data through your Apple ID or device settings.
iCloud storage and synchronization are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policies.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Paw Venture does not use cookies and does not use tracking technologies for advertising purposes.
7. Push Notifications
If Paw Venture offers notifications in the future, they will only be sent with your permission. You can manage or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
8. Children’s Privacy
Paw Venture is designed as a family-friendly game. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If I become aware that personal information from a child has been collected, I will take steps to delete it.
9. Third-Party Links
The app or website may include links to pages such as Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, or support email. External websites are governed by their own privacy practices.
10. User Rights
Paw Venture does not require an account and does not collect personal account data through my own servers. Most game information is stored locally on your device and/or in iCloud through Apple's services.
You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device. If iCloud sync is enabled, some game progress may remain available through iCloud. You can manage or delete iCloud data through your Apple ID or device settings.
