Welcome to Paw Venture, a game developed and managed by Bohdan Bilous ("I", "me", "my"). By downloading, accessing, or using Paw Venture, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Paw Venture is a mobile game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms of Use and applicable laws.

2. Game Content

Paw Venture includes gameplay features such as running, collecting bones, puppy care, missions, rewards, badges, frames, accessories, doghouse styles, and unlockable puppy breeds. Game content may change over time as the app is updated.

3. In-App Purchases

Paw Venture may offer optional in-app purchases for cosmetic or content unlocks. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. I do not collect or store your payment card details.

All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies. Refund requests must be handled through Apple.

4. No Required Purchases

Paw Venture is playable without making in-app purchases. Optional purchases may unlock additional content faster or provide cosmetic/customization items, but they are not required to access the main gameplay.

Paw Venture, including its design, artwork, characters, icons, gameplay elements, text, and other content, is owned by Bohdan Bilous or used with proper rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app content without written permission.

7. Game Progress and iCloud Data

Paw Venture may store game progress using Apple's iCloud services, including collected bones, puppy level, unlocked puppies, badges, frames, accessories, doghouse styles, missions, settings, rewards, and other gameplay progress.

This allows your progress to be restored when you reinstall the app or use the same Apple ID on another supported device. If you delete the app, some game progress may remain stored in iCloud unless you remove the related iCloud data through your Apple ID or device settings.

iCloud storage and synchronization are provided by Apple and are subject to Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policies.

8. Availability and Updates

I may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of Paw Venture at any time. Features, rewards, game balance, prices, and available content may change in future updates. iCloud sync availability may depend on your Apple ID, device settings, iCloud availability, and Apple's services.

9. Disclaimer

Paw Venture is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. I do my best to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, but I cannot guarantee that the app will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paw Venture.

11. Children's Use

Paw Venture is designed as a family-friendly game. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the app and any in-app purchase activity on their device.

12. Privacy

Your use of Paw Venture is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information and game progress are handled in the app, including local storage and iCloud-based progress sync.

13. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Paw Venture after changes are made means you agree to the updated terms.
